1 Key Definitions

The following words and phrases used in these terms and conditions carry the meanings described below:

2 Registration Eligibility

To create an account and use the services on bak44, a member must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (applicable for ages 21+).

• Creating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3 Account Security

• Transferring, selling, or allowing any other person to use an account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

If an account has no login or financial activity for 12 consecutive months, it may be marked as "inactive". The bonus balance on an inactive account may be reset to zero. However, deposited real money will remain protected, and the member may log back in at any time to withdraw it.

4 Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit funds on bak44: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits are accepted only from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Depositing via a third-party account or payment method is prohibited, and such deposits may be rejected or returned.
• Once the deposit is processed, the amount will be added to the account balance immediately (or within a short time).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The main rules regarding withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the payment method used for the deposit (where applicable).

5 Welcome Bonus Terms

bak44 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following terms apply to claiming and using this bonus:

• Wagering requirement: betting equivalent to 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be completed.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only — each member may receive this bonus once.
• If wagering is not completed within the active bonus period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.

5.2 General Promotion Rules

Each promotion or offer has its own specific terms. The following rules generally apply to all promotions:

• A promotion may not be claimed more than once (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
• Multiple accounts operated from the same residential address, the same IP address, or the same device may be treated as one household, and bonuses may be restricted accordingly.
• If evidence of circumventing or abusing a promotion is found, bak44 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and winnings.
• bak44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

The bak44 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier is determined based on a member's gaming activity and engagement with the platform. Cashback will be credited to the account automatically and its own wagering requirement will apply.

6 Fair Play Policy

• Legal or regulatory reasons.

Upon account closure, any valid real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, however funds may be withheld until an investigation is completed.
